Benjamin's shelf: the sources and touchpoints his model reaches into. methodology.md § "The shelf is the Author's own" says how any shelf is used. Borrow this one whole, take a few entries, or keep your own; the lists below are the actual references.
Substrate (dense source material for deep extraction)
- Founder's YouTube playlist — https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLOP9v1FPBYePbN3BduyTI_mw7s6HGJqXV
- Each Author adds their own dense source corpora here — archived courses, deep technical books, coursepacks, anything the Engine should eagerly extract from on cold-start.
Ideal bookshelf — touchpoints
Each entry is an entry point. The work named is one way in; the underlying figure, tradition, or concept is the actual reference space the Engine reaches into when threads activate. The Memorial of Saint Helena isn't the best book about Napoleon — it's a touchpoint that puts Napoleon on the shelf. The Engine reaches from the touchpoint into the wider area.
