alexandria.
Is there a model that thinks with me and remembers what I decided, and why?
Yes, once what you decided is written down where it can read it, in your words and with your reasons. I built that for myself as the alexandria session, part of a blueprint your model reads and builds on your computer, so the next time you circle back it can tell you that you’ve been here before, and what you settled.
A long chat or a project in one app does some of this while it lasts. What it can’t do is follow you into your other tools.
You open a session when you want one, with /a in Claude Code, $a in Codex, or by saying start an alexandria session in a chat app. Your model opens on what’s most worth thinking about now, from what you’ve said and saved, pushes back with the strongest case against what you think, and helps you find your own answer rather than handing you one. When you settle something, it writes it into your files in your own words, with your reasoning and the case against it, and you decide how firmly you hold it. How your positions change over time is kept too.
The rest of the time it stays out of your way. Your ordinary chats read the same files, so the partner who argued with you on Sunday knows what you settled when you ask for help on Tuesday. Underneath, each session also works through whatever you saved since the last one.
Everything is plain files on your own computer, yours to read, change, or take to any model.
Show the blueprint to your model, and it’ll tell you what you’re missing, if anything.
